What size is the model?

Our model is 5’3, 170lbs and mainly wears a medium (unless stated otherwise in an item’s description).

 

If it’s sold out, will it restock?

Most items will NEVER restock so we suggest you buy all the items you love BEFORE they’re sold out!

 

What does "PICKUP" mean? How does it work?

You will PICKUP your order instead of having it shipped to you! NOTHING WILL BE SHIPPED IF YOU CHOOSE THIS OPTION DURING CHECKOUT!

 

When and where can I pick up my order?

How do I track my order?

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

 

Why haven’t I received tracking information?

Please be sure you chose shipping during checkout, otherwise you will NOT receive tracking information.

 

Why did I receive a refund?

If you receive a refund, one (or more) of the items you’ve ordered are out of stock. We will then proceed with shipping the remainder of your order.
